Gives the end date for [[Summer Time in Europe]] (last Sunday in October) for the year in parameter 1 (the current year if not specified), which must be 1996 or later. The dates for 1996–2013 are historically correct, and those for 2014 and beyond are accurate {{as of|2013|10|27|lc=y}}.
