This template is based on {{User admin since}}, with modifications made due to Sdrqaz's idiosyncratic preferences.

• |RfA=username at RfA, with number of RfA if necessary; eg |RfA=LuK3 2
• |log=logid of user rights log entry
• |year=, |month=, and |day=: date of log entry
• |sc=yes, if you want an Oxford comma

While all the parameters are optional (try it!), I suggest filling in the date parameters at the very least.
