Usage
Returns 1 or 0 (true or false) depending on whether the date has elapsed, defaults to current year. This template is useful for recurring events such as Milford Oyster Festival
{{Weekday in month elapsed|y|m|w|n}}
y = year (if left blank, defaults to current year)
m = month (1 = January)
w = day of week (Sunday; Monday; Tuesday; Wednesday; Thursday; Friday; Saturday)
n = week of month (1 = 1st week of month; accepts negative numbers, -1 = last week of month; -2 = second to last week of month)
Examples
1st Sunday in January = 1
3rd Saturday in August = 0
4th Thursday in November (Thanksgiving in USA) = 0
Last Monday in December 1945 = 1
